Veterinary Client Service Representative
Department: Receptionists

Location: Dallas, Texas
Compensation: $16.00 - $20.00 / hour
Description
Schedule expectations: 2 days per week with rotating weekends.
We are a fast-paced, upscale veterinary hospital that believes in investing in the professional and personal growth of our team members. We love self-starters who are professional, compassionate, and possess both a love for animals and people!
Responsibilities:
- Provide friendly, quality customer care to patients and clients.
- Process invoices payments.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and obtain all necessary medical history.
- Determine the status of the patient’s immunizations and tests.
- Communicate with the doctor and technical staff on the patient’s arrival and necessary treatments.
- Fill prescriptions, food requests, and over-the-counter products as instructed by a veterinarian.
- Accurately input data into computer software.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Weekend availability as needed.
- Must be able to lift 30-50 pounds.
